Mr Zeng Li – Chairman

Mr Li co-founded Henan Datong in 2000 and is currently the Chairman of the Board of Henan Datong and Daton. He has more than a decade of experience in the chemical fertiliser industry.

Under Mr Li's leadership, Henan Datong became the first enterprise in Henan to utilize carbon dioxide recycling technology for the production of fertiliser. His contributions have enabled Henan Datong to achieve its position as a market leader in the Henan fertiliser industry.

Mr. Li has a solid foundation of financial and management expertise, with extensive experience in finance, investing, and business. He is in charge of the overall business strategies and planning for Henan Datong.

Mr Yinan Zhang – Managing Director

Mr Zhang is the Managing Director of Daton. He has more than ten years of experience in the chemical fertiliser industry.

Mr Zhang invested in Henan Datong in 2007 and he is currently the second-largest shareholder in Henan Datong. He has previously held roles as an Executive Director and the Chief Operating Officer of Henan Datong. Due to Mr Zhang's involvement, Henan Datong has built a strong corporate image and is highly reputable in the Chinese fertiliser industry.

Mr Zhang is experienced in business, foreign investment, banking, finance and securities. He has founded a number of industrial companies in the PRC and Australia. Mr Zhang is an Australian resident who is based in Brisbane. He has lived in Australia for near to ten years, during which he has gained insight into corporate operations in Australia and familiarity with the Australian business environment.

Ms Julia Yan Zhu – Non-executive Director

Ms Zhu is a Senior Industry Advisor for Clean Energy at the Australian Trade Commission (Austrade). She has been appointed as a non-executive Director of Daton.

Ms Zhu has more than 15 years of experience in the Australian public and private sectors. Her experience includes facilitating two-way investment and trade between North/South East Asia and Australia in resources, clean energy, financial services and advanced manufacturing. She is particularly well-versed in the business cultures of both the PRC and Australia.

She graduated with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Queensland and a Bachelor and a Master of Arts (English) from Shanghai Fudan University.

Prior to her current role at the Australian Trade Commission, Ms Zhu was Senior Business Manager for Minter Ellison Lawyers and Senior Investment Director for Invest Australia.

Ms Zoe Yan Zhang – Non-executive Director and Company Secretary

Ms Zhang is a principal of her own Chartered Accountants firm based in Brisbane and she has extensive accounting and administrative experience. She has been appointed as a non-executive Director and Company Secretary of Daton.

Ms Zhang graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in accounting and finance from Griffith University. She also holds a Diploma of Business.

After working in Australian Chartered Accountants firms for more than nine years, Ms Zhang founded and became principal of ZYZ & Co Chartered Accountants in 2002.

With more than 17 years of accounting and administrative experience in Australian Chartered Accountants firms, Ms Zhang has built a solid foundation of accounting expertise and has gained detailed insight into the operations of Australian businesses.
