Daton currently sells its methanol in the domestic market in China directly to customers with whom the Company has long-standing relationships.

The Company's domestic customers for methanol are mostly distributors, who sell the products to industrial factories for use as a raw material in the chemical industry and in the manufacturing of fuel. Methanol is widely used in the industrial production of formaldehyde, synthetic fibre, plastics, pharmaceutical, pesticides, dye and synthetic protein.

The Company's top three customers account for more than 50 percent of the Company’s sales volume for methanol.
