Senior Management

The senior management team comprises:

Xinwu Fan – General Manager and Technology Manager

Mr Fan graduated from the from Dalian Institute of Technology with a major in fertiliser production. He has more than 20 years of experience in the fertiliser industry and he is a reputable figure in the Chinese chemical industry.

For more than 10 years, Mr Fan worked in a government-owned fertiliser factory in Zhengzhou, where he was appointed Chairman and General Manager. Mr Fan subsequently joined Henan Datong and in 2007 he was appointed as a director, General Manager and Chief Technical Officer of Henan Datong.

Mr Fan's technical expertise has guided Henan Datong to success in technological and business innovation.

Jun Zhu – Deputy General Manager

Mr Zhu graduated from the Management College of Henan University in 2001, majoring in business management. He joined Henan Datong that same year as an assistant to the General Manager. Mr Zhu has also held roles as Manager of Human Resources and Manager of Purchasing and Sales of Henan Datong.

Mr Zhu's commitment to Henan Datong led him to be promoted in 2007 to his current role as Deputy General Manager and Company Secretary of Henan Datong. He is very familiar with the operations of Henan Datong.

Mr Zhu's main area of management expertise is in sales and he has a strong understanding of the Chinese fertiliser market.

Baohua Fu – Chief Financial Officer

Mr Fu graduated from Henan Polytechnic University with a major in finance. He has extensive experience in financial management, internal control systems, corporate auditing and tax planning.

In addition, Mr Fu is professionally qualified as a registered public accountant, certified public valuer, accountant and auditor.

He has accumulated near to 20 years of financial experience. Prior to his current role as Chief Financial Officer of Henan Datong, Mr Zhu has been engaged as the accountant for various large-scale industrial enterprises in the PRC.

Throughout his career, Mr Fu has won multiple awards in the areas of finance and accounting.

Guoxiang Li – Sales Manager

Mr Guoxiang Li joined Henan Datong in 2000. During his time spent at Henan Datong, Mr Guoxiang Li has held roles as Senior Manager of the Integrated Office and Administrative Services Centre, Sales Manager and Deputy General Manager.

Mr Guoxiang Li is currently appointed as the Sales Manager of Henan Datong due to his extensive experience in chemical sales and his favourable reputation in the Chinese fertiliser sales arena.

Mr Guoxiang Li contributes to Henan Datong through his excellent marketing skills, sales knowledge in the Chinese fertiliser industry and team-focused management style.

He is responsible for the development of Henan Datong's sales systems and the effective implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
