Daton commenced sales of urea to customers in 2001.

Daton currently sells its urea in the domestic market in China directly to distributors with whom the Company has long-standing relationships. The distributors then sell the urea mainly to farmers.

The Company's top ten customers account for more than 50 percent of the Company's sales volume for urea.

The Company plans to start productions of compound fertiliser through its Compound Fertiliser Project. Once it commences, the Company does not intend to sell urea as a product, as all urea produced by the Company will be used to produce compound fertiliser. However, the Company will be able to adjust which product it produces (urea or compound fertiliser) depending on the market price for the products.
